Just another Cisco blog
Topic Ideas…
As I explained awhile back, I’m working on the ITILv3 cert and haven’t really been digging into any Cisco/CCIE material. I’m not sure how much longer I’ll be at this ITIL stuff, but I really hate not posting. Without studying, I don’t have a ton of ideas for posts. I have one I’m doing later today on Secondary IP Addresses, but it’s short and simple.
Please post some article ideas in the comments section if you have any. Anything you guys would like to see, let me know. I can’t promise that I’ll do all of them immediately, but I will keep them on the backburner and post when I have time to throw something together or learn the topic well enough to get something decent up.
Go!

Hi, I’d really like to see something about MP-BGP and the address-family option like why, how, when.

Since I’m currently working on my ROUTE for the CCNP something on BGP would be great. Also anything on TRILL (RFC 5556) would be great too
I still don’t TRILL. Thanks!

I have a ton of BGP stuff on here, but I’ll try to think of something new to post about.
I know what TRILL is, but that’s about it. I don’t think I’d be a great authority on the subject.

I wouldn’t mind seeing some VPN stuff, be it MPLS or IPSec/GRE VPNs, it’s all interesting either way!:)

I think by Growing your blog and we will Grow with you.
- Try and incorporate work tips/tricks and include real live scenario’s, eg routing issues.
- Basic tips/tricks that we all have forgotten. ie: ACL’s etc
- Put up a IOS wiki and link them to Tags.
- Do’s and Dont’s in the Cisco world.
- Security section.
- Maybe attach a forum so we can all help out.
I have quite alot of ideas in my head…
