My name is Colby, I’ve been in IT since 2002, but I’ve been tinkering since I was a little kid. After trying my luck in a few different industries I decided technology is the field for me. I started doing tech support/helpdesk, then moved into residential consulting, then SMB consulting and now I work for a large enterprise. In 2006ish I made the transition from systems to networking and it has been the best move of my career. I finished the CCNP in early 2009, then the CCIP in early 2010 and I’m currently working on the CCIE written.
